RETURNS & EXCHANGES


Only products purchased directly from ellesse.co.uk can be returned using the procedure described below. If you purchased your ellesse products at a retail store or from another website these products must be returned to the original store or site which they were purchased from.

If for any reason you are not happy with your ellesse products, please follow ellesse Customer Service Returns Procedure. ellesse reserve the right to refuse the return of products which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Procedure and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you. Our Returns Procedure does not affect your statutory rights.

Please allow up to thirty (30) days for your refund to be processed.

Please note free returns are available to UK orders only.

* Please note Swimwear and Underwear cannot be exchanged or refunded except for where items are faulty

UK RETURNS



All products must be returned to us unused, together with all original packaging (please note you have a duty to take reasonable care of returned products and any refund may be withheld or a charge incurred if you fail to take such care and damage the products).

Please make sure that your return package is packed and sealed securely (in or with the original packaging if possible). Packages must be returned with the freight prepaid.

Returning New, Unused Product - You may return new, unworn or unused products within thirty (30) days from the date on which the products were shipped to you.

Please note however you choose to return your item to us, the item remains your responsibility until it is received by the warehouse.

1. Please tick the box next to the item(s) you are returning on your returns form and please make sure that you include this form with your returned items.

2. Package your order securely.

3. Log onto the Royal Mail link provided on your returns form to generate your free returns label and fill in all the requested details. You can then print off your postage label and drop your parcel off at any UK post office.

 

Alternative items/ exchanges - FREE SHIPPING

 

If you require items in larger/smaller sizes than which you originally ordered:

1. Return the unwanted items for a full refund using the returns form that came in your parcel and the instructions above

2. Place a new order on our website for the size / colour you require. 

This is the fastest way to receive your exchange items. 

If you have misplaced your returns form, just email us at help@ellesse.co.uk and we will send you a returns form. 

Refunds

Refunds are generally processed within 5 working days of receipt of the items back, after they have been fully inspected by our Returns team. Please ensure your Returns form is clearly competed with product codes.

You will receive an email when your refund has been processed. 

This Returns policy is in addition to, and exceeds, your Statutory Rights.




REST OF WORLD RETURNS

Please note free returns are available to UK orders only.

We recommend the use of an insured parcel service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please retain proof of postage as ellesse cannot issue refunds for items we do not receive.

If the return is due to a discrepancy with your order ellesse will reimburse the cost of the return postage.

Included with your purchase of ellesse products is a Delivery Note and Returns Form. To return items to us:

1. Complete the Returns Form and include in the package.
2. Address your parcel to the address on the Returns form.
3. Post the package.

If you do not have a Returns Form please contact ellesse Customer Service team by emailing help@ellesse.co.uk.

Please note however you choose to return your item to us, the item remains your responsibility until it is received by the warehouse.

 

RETURNING FAULTY PRODUCTS

 

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please let us know at help@ellesse.co.uk and we will exchange it or refund as required. We require you to send the item back to us, and we will be happy to reimburse you the postage costs incurred *. Again, items should be sent back by Recorded or Special Delivery service that can be tracked as the item is your responsibility until it is received back to our warehouse, retaining your Proof of Postage.

* Please note ellesse reserve the right not to refund the return postage costs if deemed too expensive should any return delivery cost exceed £20. Please contact help@ellesse.co.uk if your expected return postage costs exceed this value.

This only applies to products purchased via this website. Ellesse products purchased in a store or on another website must be returned to the original place of purchase.
It is essential for both hygiene and for a thorough assessment that faulty items are returned to us in a clean, dry and presentable fashion.
